Our team is passionate about IT Project Management. Our industry experience spans energy, healthcare, e-commerce, manufacturing, and utilities. We have worked in the IT verticals such as apps development, infrastructure, data & analytics, and cloud migration in our long tenure as project managers. Our team is lead by Taha Shipchandler, serving as a PM in public & private sector enterprises in USA since 2005.

We help you staff the project managers for your organization. Our project managers work seamlessly in your organization with internal and external stakeholders and team members for the term of your projects.
Our PMP certified project managers are adept with industry best practices by attending speaker events to earn their professional development units (PDUs) to keep their certification current. They are also certified in Agile methodologies. Along with the certifications they have several years’ experience serving as PMs in various industries for different IT verticals. In this way, they can discuss with you what would be a good fit for your project needs, and following that, lead your project team in the areas of scope, budget, schedule, risks, quality, procurement, communications, HR, stakeholders, and integration as the traditional project management or do an iterative set of sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint review and retrospectives or hybrid versions of the same.
