We have worked in the IT verticals such as apps development, infrastructure, data & analytics, and cloud migration in our long tenure as project managers. Our team is lead by Taha Shipchandler, serving as a PM in public & private sector enterprises in USA since 2005.

In this way, they can discuss with you what would be a good fit for your project needs, and following that, lead your project team in the areas of scope, budget, schedule, risks, quality, procurement, communications, HR, stakeholders, and integration as the traditional project management or do an iterative set of sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, sprint review and retrospectives or hybrid versions of the same.
